French 75

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Dima’s Vodka
• 15ml Sugar Syrup
• 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 75ml Champagne or Sparkling Wine

METHOD

Shake the first three ingredients with a generous amount of ice and fine strain then top up with Champagne.
